An EduManager Pro product by MOGADONKO AGENCY
You already know these problems by heart
We are two computer science teachers who are also software engineers. We have marked the scripts, chased the marks and waited for the bursar's cash book. This is what we built EduManager Pro to end.
Report cards take three weeks and still have errors.
Marks copied by hand from six sequences into master sheets, then into booklets. One wrong coefficient and the whole class ranks wrong.
I cannot get marks from teachers who have travelled.
Term ends and a teacher is in Douala, Bamenda or on leave. Everything waits for them to physically come back to the school.
I do not know today's money until the bursar tells me.
Cash comes in all day. Receipts are in a book. The true figure arrives days later - if it arrives at all.
I am not always at the school.
You run a business, or two schools, or you travel. You are managing by phone calls and by trust alone.
Parents call the school for everything.
Balance? Results? Absences? Every question becomes a phone call to someone who has to stop and go and look it up.
The software we bought does not fit our system.
Foreign systems with GPAs, semesters and no CBA. You pay for it, then keep the paper register anyway.
Every one of these is a solved problem below.
Same school. Completely different week.
How it works today
How it works on EduManager Pro
Everything running smoothly, even when you are away
Transparency is not a report you request. It is the screen you open on your phone at 9pm from another town.
A live picture of today
Collections, enrolment, attendance and outstanding balances on one dashboard - the same numbers your bursar and your principal are looking at.
Know who is holding up results
The marks-progress tracker shows, per class and per subject, which teacher still owes marks for the open sequence and how many students are covered. Download it as a branded PDF and send it to your staff group.
Money you can trust without being in the room
Every payment produces one combined, gapless receipt. Cash, MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, bank, cheque. A bursar cannot quietly change a receipted payment - edits and voids route to the principal under a policy you choose.
Nothing happens without a trace
A full audit log of sensitive actions, and 13 roles so each person sees exactly their level, their department or their classes - and nothing else.
This is what your school looks like inside
Real screens from the system - report cards, the payment desk, the marks tracker and the parent portal.

Assessment & report cards
Four assessment engines, one for each way Cameroonian schools actually assess.
- Nursery CBA - Oral, Written, Practical and Attitude components per sub-competence, presented to parents with child-friendly appreciation faces.
- Primary CBA - competences to sub-competences, with Oral / Written / Practical / Attitude point allocations you configure yourself, and A+ / A / B / C bands.
- Primary traditional - monthly /20 per sub-subject with a synthèse column and NA / SIA / A / A+ appreciation.
- Secondary and technical - /20 with coefficients across 3 terms and 6 sequences, with class ranks.
- Competency-based secondary reporting, as recommended by the Ministry of Secondary Education - switch it on and each teacher records the competency or topic assessed in that sequence while entering marks. It prints in the "Competencies Evaluated" column in place of "Sequence 1", with CVWA / CWA / CA / CNA competence remarks. Leave it off and nothing changes.
- 8 report card templates, plus Term 3 annual reports and multi-year transcripts.
- Class council decisions captured in the system and printed on the card - with an override when the council disagrees.
- Every document a print-ready PDF carrying your letterhead, motto, stamp and signatures.
Marks entry
Get marks in on time, from wherever your teachers are.
- A gradebook that changes shape to match the level - /20, CBA components or monthly sub-subject marks.
- A bulk worksheet for entering a whole class and sequence in one grid.
- CSV import with a downloadable template for schools coming off Excel.
- Entry windows you open and close - globally, or per level, with their own dates.
- The marks-progress tracker: who is behind, in which class, by how much - exportable as a branded PDF.
- Works in any phone browser, so a teacher who has travelled is no longer a blocked term.
Fees & finance
Money recorded correctly, receipted instantly and governed properly.
- Fee types and reusable fee templates assigned to students in bulk.
- Installment plans you control - set a custom amount on any installment and the rest rebalance automatically, with every figure snapped to whole francs.
- Automatic early-payment discounts that reward the whole fee, not just the installment being paid, plus manual concessions for siblings, staff children and hardship cases.
- A Record-Payment desk: find the student, tick several outstanding fees, take the money once, print one combined receipt.
- Gapless per-school receipt numbers, duplicate-reference blocking, an idempotent submit that cannot double-charge on a refresh, and an audited void.
- Cash, MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, bank transfer, cheque and card.
- Payment-modification governance - a bursar cannot silently alter a receipted payment; changes route to the principal under a policy you set.
- Fee slips per student, per class or for the whole school; expenses with categories; income minus expenses reports with charts and a branded PDF.
- Decide what happens when compulsory fees are still owed at report time: block the card, issue it with a light "UNPAID FEES" watermark, or release it normally.
Students & staff
The whole register, properly held.
- Student records with photo, matricule, guardian details, place of birth, previous school and medical notes.
- Bulk CSV import with a template, so your existing list is in on day one.
- End-of-year promotion, class transfer and full promotion history.
- Staff accounts with invitations, a forced password change on first sign-in, and instant deactivation.
- Student ID cards - one student, a whole class or the whole school - bilingual, with a QR code for scan-to-verify.
Attendance & discipline
Presence and conduct, recorded and acted upon automatically.
- Weekly grid and per-subject attendance, with a school week and term overrides you configure.
- Daily summaries, per-student records and statistics exported as PDF or CSV.
- Absence figures flow straight into the report card.
- Discipline records with their own audit log.
- Automatic warnings and sanctions triggered by attendance thresholds, in bulk, scoped by section, cycle or level.
- Students and parents can see their own attendance in the portal.
Timetable
A proper time-by-day grid that catches your clashes for you.
- Build on a real time x day grid with periods and days scoped by level, subsystem or department.
- Teacher clash checking before you save.
- Views by class, by teacher, by subject and by department.
- Every view downloadable as a bilingual PDF with your school header and logo.
- Duplicate last term's timetable instead of starting again.
Parents & students
Stop being the switchboard for every question.
- A parent portal where one login covers every one of their children.
- A student portal for their own grades, attendance and fee status.
- Bulk account provisioning per class or for the whole school, with a printable credentials sheet to hand out.
- In-app notice board for the whole school or for staff only.
- Reach guardians on WhatsApp using your school's own WhatsApp Business account - you connect your credentials, you send under your own name, and messages go out per event.
- Notifications on fee payments, absences, discipline incidents and promotions, by email and WhatsApp, with per-event channel preferences at school and personal level.
Setup & control
Stand your school up in an afternoon, then keep control of it.
- A self-service 6-step setup wizard: identity, levels and national exams, structure, defaults, academic year, quick setup.
- Curated catalogs of cycles, series, subjects, departments and classes that you adopt and adjust - not a blank slate.
- Turn whole modules on or off per school.
- Full school data export and import for backup, migration or moving between servers.
- An audit log of sensitive actions across the school.
- Subscription and term-installment management built in.
Built for the Cameroonian system, not translated into it
Most school management systems are generic apps retrofitted onto a foreign grading model. Everything below is native here - not a workaround you have to configure.
One school, both subsystems, side by side
A single school can run a bilingual nursery, an English primary and a French secondary at the same time - each level carrying its own subsystem and its own leadership title: Head of Nursery, Headmaster, Principal, Technical Director.
Every official document prints with your school letterhead, motto and stamp, above the line "Republic of Cameroon - Peace, Work, Fatherland".
Whatever you run, it is already handled
Nursery through technical, one school or a group of them, 60 students or 1,600.
No marks. No stress.
From Pre-Nursery upwards, assessment follows the competency model through Oral, Written, Practical and Attitude components. Only the components actually assessed are averaged, while the booklet presents the outcome as coloured appreciation faces that parents can understand at a glance.
Competency, or marks. You choose.
Full Competence-Based Assessment with your own competences, sub-competences and point allocations across Oral, Written, Practical and Attitude - or the traditional monthly /20 with a synthèse column. Set the style once for the whole primary section, and override it on any individual class.
Six sequences, done properly.
/20 with coefficients across 3 terms and 6 sequences, master sheets with weighted averages and class ranks, class council decisions, and national exam classes recognised from setup. Adopting the Ministry's competency-based report? Switch it on and teachers record the competency assessed in each sequence as they enter marks.
Departments, HODs and technical series.
CAP, BEP, O/L and A/L Technical, Probatoire Technique and BAC Technique - with departments, heads of department and technical series handled natively in both the English (TVEE) and French (ATVE) tracks.
One system, and each person sees only their part of it
13 roles with real separation of concerns - and an audit log behind all of them.
Proprietor / Founder
See collections, enrolment and academic progress from anywhere. Know who is behind before the term ends, not after.
Principal
Set the school up yourself in a wizard, approve grades, approve payment changes, publish results.
Bursar
Take payments in seconds, print one receipt for several fees, and never argue about a receipt number again.
Teacher
Enter marks from your phone, wherever you are, during the window that is open. No travelling back to school for it.
Parent
One login for all your children: grades, attendance, fees and school notices.
Student
Your own results, attendance and fee status, any time you want them.
Plus vice principals, discipline masters and officers, heads of department, class masters, level admins and IT personnel - each scoped to exactly what they are responsible for.
A web app today. A widening platform every term.
EduManager Pro runs in the browser your staff and parents already have - one address, on a phone or a computer, nothing to install and nothing to update. That is deliberate: it is what works reliably in Cameroonian schools today. Everything below is already designed and scheduled, and lands as part of your subscription.
- Nursery, primary CBA, primary traditional and secondary /20 assessment
- Competency-based secondary reporting for schools adopting the Ministry model
- Report cards, master sheets, transcripts and ID cards as official PDFs
- Fees, receipts, discounts, installments and expense reporting
- Attendance, discipline, timetables and the marks-progress tracker
- Parent and student portals, WhatsApp notifications, English and French
SMS alongside WhatsApp
WhatsApp already reaches guardians through your school's own account. SMS is the next channel, for families who are not on WhatsApp at all.
Installable mobile app
The web app first becomes installable to the home screen, then a dedicated Android app for teachers and parents on low-end phones.
Offline mark entry
Enter a full class of marks with no connection and let them sync when the network returns - built for schools out of network range.
Mobile Money collection
MTN MoMo and Orange Money are payment methods today. Next, parents pay directly from the portal and the receipt writes itself.
Payroll & HR
Staff contracts, salaries and payslips alongside the expenses you already track, so the whole school budget lives in one place.
Library, inventory & transport
Book lending, school assets and bus routes - the operational modules that complete the picture for larger institutions.
You are buying the roadmap, not just today's version. New modules arrive in your subscription - you never have to migrate to another system to grow.
Start with a free trial. Pay only when you are sure.
One price per school, per academic year - never per student. Tell us what kind of school you run and the prices below adjust, because a nursery-and-primary school does not carry the same workload as a bilingual school running nursery to Upper Sixth.
Installments are tied to your three terms, so the school pays as the fees come in.

What proprietors ask us first
Prefer to talk first?
- Yes - and it is the part we are proudest of. Nursery and CBA primary use competences, sub-competences and configurable Oral / Written / Practical / Attitude components. Blank components are not treated as zero, and nursery results print as child-friendly appreciation faces. Traditional primary monthly /20 with a synthèse column is also available. You choose per class.
- Yes, and it is opt-in per school, so you adopt it when your school is ready rather than when we decide. Switch it on in Report Card Policy and the mark-entry screen asks each subject teacher for the competency or topic assessed in that sequence - a short line such as "Essay writing and comprehension". It prints on the report card in the "Competencies Evaluated" column in place of "Sequence 1", alongside the CVWA / CWA / CA / CNA competence remarks. Leave it off and your cards keep the classic sequence layout, unchanged.
- Yes. Each level carries its own subsystem - English, French or bilingual - so one school can run a bilingual nursery, an English primary and a French secondary at the same time. The interface itself is fully available in both English and French, and each user picks their own.
- Yes. The system runs in any phone browser, so a teacher in Douala or on leave can submit marks for their class without coming back to the school. You stay in control: mark-entry windows are opened and closed by you, globally or per level, with their own dates.
- No. Only the person entering data needs a connection at that moment - typically the teacher on their phone, the bursar at the desk and the administration office. Report cards, receipts, ID cards and timetables are all generated as PDFs that you print and hand out normally. Offline mark entry, which syncs when the network returns, is scheduled for an upcoming release.
- Today EduManager Pro is a web app: one address that opens in the browser your teachers and parents already have, on a phone or a computer. Nothing to download, nothing to update, and nothing that stops working after someone changes phone. We started there on purpose - it is what works reliably in schools here. An installable app for teachers and parents is on the roadmap for an upcoming release.
- Yes. Students import in bulk from a CSV template, and data migration from paper, Excel or another system is a service we perform for you as part of onboarding.
- Yes, as payment methods on the payment desk alongside cash, bank transfer, cheque and card. Every payment produces one combined receipt with a gapless number, and non-cash payments are protected against a duplicate reference being entered twice. Direct collection - where a parent pays from the portal and the receipt writes itself - is next on the roadmap.
- A bursar records money but cannot silently alter a receipted payment. Edits and voids route to the principal under a policy you choose - review everything, review the first change only, review the second, or apply immediately - and the count is kept per bursar, so trust is earned individually. Everything sensitive is written to an audit log.
- Nothing is deleted. The school moves to read-only after a 14-day grace period - you can still open and print everything, you just cannot add new data until the subscription is renewed. You can also export your entire school's data at any time.
- Yes. Pay the year at once, or split it across your three terms so the subscription is paid as school fees come in. Ask us during the demo and we will set the schedule up with you.
- Because the work is different. A nursery-and-primary school is a smaller setup than a bilingual school running nursery to Upper Sixth in both subsystems, with series, national exam classes and two report-card models running side by side. So the same three plans are priced against four school profiles, and technical schools or groups of schools are quoted individually. Nothing is priced per student - growing from 200 to 900 pupils never changes your bill.
- Yes - 10% off your first year on Basic and 15% off your first year on Professional, for schools joining this academic year. It is our way of sharing the risk of switching. From the second year the standard price applies, and it does not rise because your enrolment did.
- A school can be standing in an afternoon using the 6-step setup wizard and the shared catalogs of cycles, series, subjects and classes you adopt rather than type from scratch. Migrating a full student register and fee history usually takes a few days, and we do that with you.
- That is the most common conversation we have. Most of those systems fail here for the same reason: they were built around GPAs, semesters and a foreign report card, so the school ends up keeping the paper register in parallel. Bring us what you have - the demo will show you within an hour whether this actually fits your school, and migration is included as a service.
See it running on your own school, this week
